    • About me

My name is Ahtan. Please call me Ahtan:)

Due to changes in atmospheric pressure and weather, my depression often worsens, and I can't stream regularly.

I have been recovering at home from depression for over five years.

I can hardly go outside and spend most of my time lying in bed.

I struggle daily with symptoms such as dizziness, hot flashes, occasional low fever, headaches, stomach pain, diarrhea, pain in my shoulders, neck, and back, shortness of breath, muscle pain, loss of appetite, fatigue, lightheadedness, ringing in the ears, and frequent urination.

It's hard to explain this to each person individually, so I've written out the symptoms.

Since going out is difficult, I sometimes stream even when I'm not feeling well, just to distract myself or lift my mood.

Because I don’t know how I’ll feel each day and my condition changes throughout the day, I don’t announce my streams in advance.

      I stream irregularly and spontaneously.

As a listener, I also visit many different rooms, but sometimes I can’t comment due to my health.

My streams mainly consist of singing because I love to sing.

One reason I focus on singing is because depression has slowed my thinking, and I have trouble speaking smoothly.

※All my streams are audio-only (radio style).

※If someone demands to see my face, I will report them.

Thank you for your understanding regarding all of the above.
