CONDITIONS OF JOINING THE EVENTS

• SHOWROOM foreign broadcasters whose level is under Level 15, and attached under Twinkle Spica.
(For registering account, there will be account auditioning. Please contact via email ts.info@twinklespica.moe for details.)
• Foreign idols, artists, voice actors/actresses who aged 16 or over (regardless of activity genre.)
• For participants who already attached as group, it is possible to participate this event in personal identity.
• Participants are not attached under any artist management company in Japan.
• Participants must not have Japan permanent resident rights.
• For broadcasting, participants under age of 18 must perform broadcasting before 21:00 (Hong Kong and Taiwan time) or 22:00 (Japan time)

DECISION OF REWARD DISTRIBUTION
During period of this event, performers (participants) can get their rewards with gaining their highest point and reaching their highest level. (First come, first get)

RULES OF BROADCASTING
• No upper limit and restrictions of broadcasting is set, either in broadcast counts and time length, during the period of event.
• Participants MUST perform in the broadcasting IN THEIR OWN. Please broadcast your performance in realtime and under the environment that you can communicate with viewers, even in audio broadcasting.
• Please broadcast your performances under using languages of Japanese and your foreign languages (e.g. Chinese, English, etc.) If participants are not fluent in Japanese, at least Japanese greeting should be done.
• You can get your event points during broadcasting, thus reaching the levels! And you can get glorious rewards per the level you reached!
• NO broadcasting during school lessons and workplaces, etc. Please be careful during broadcasting in public places.

• For participants, please follow the below terms and conditions, and also the SHOWROOM member conditions.
• No broadcasting under sleep condition is permitted.
• For audio broadcasting, performers must broadcast performance in realtime and able to communicate with viewers
• Under broadcasting restrictions, junior high school student performers must broadcast before 20:00 (JPT), and before 22:00 (JPT) for performers aged under 18.
• For non-adult participants, parents or guardians permission must be granted for applying entry of this event.
• For performers attached under specialized production organizations, permission from related organizations must also be granted for applying entry of this event.
• Please be considerate that any disturbing behavior is strictly forbidden during the event.
• Any performance without conduction by performers’ own is strictly forbidden.
• Please be noted that the organizer will not reply for enquiries of auditioning details.
• Any rewards and rights, which granted from event application and auditioning, cannot be transfered and/or traded with any other party.
• For granting rights of producing digital contents, such as avatars, gifting items, etc, participants must produce such digital contents under “The guidelines” and “Terms of usage” set by SHOWROOM Inc. For any behaviors of content production which violates those term mentioned above, can render to unable of using such contents produced.
• For any participants who violated the term and conditions written form the organizers, and that from SHOWROOM Inc and so on, and any violation of improper behaviors, once those are discovered, the organizer holds the rights of disqualification for the entry rights, point results and rewards which belongs to related participants.
